Your favourite flat breads or pittas topped with a beet hummus, buttery ripe avocado, warm crispy Spinach Bites and some creamy cool tzatziki for a contrast of flavours, textures and temperatures. Warm or toast the pitta or flat bread for some added crunch.
Strong Roots Spinach Bites
1 ripe avocado
method (tick as you go)
Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
Add Spinach Bites to a baking tray. Cook for 15-17 minutes.
Prepare the beet hummus, chop 1 ripe avocado, and your creamy cool tzatziki .
Warm pitta bread/flatbread in the oven.
Once cooked, place Spinach Bites on Pitta Bread on top of all other toppings.
Dig in, and enjoy!
