Half a tin of butter beans
Handful of sweetcorn
50g of lambs lettuce
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
Handful of cucumber, diced
Squeeze of lime
method (tick as you go)
Airfryer cook time: 7-8 mins
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook the Mixed Root Vegetable Fries as per pack instructions.
Once the fries are cooked, arrange the selection of salad ingredients in the bowl.
Finish with a squeeze of lime and season to desired taste.
