Garden Goddess Beetroot & Bean Sandwich

A goddess of a sandwich is truly the only way to describe this veggie filled stack of flavor. Pairing our Beetroot & Bean Burger with avocado, tomato, sprouts and vegan chive cream cheese is flavor like you’ve never seen. Stack it between two fluffy pieces of sourdough and you’re ready to go!

ingredients

3 Strong Roots Beetroot & Bean Burgers
4 Slices Sprouted Whole Wheat Sourdough - or bread of your choice
1 Avocado
2 Tomatoes - 1 cm slices
1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
2 tbs vegan chive cream cheese
Salt & Pepper

method (tick as you go)

Preheat oven to 400F.

Place the Beetroot & Bean Burgers on a baking tray. Cook as per instructions on the pack.

Allow patties to slightly cool after baking.

On the bottom half of the sandwich generously smear 1 tbs chive cream cheese. Top with 1.5 patties, 2 tomato slices, and half the sprouts. Gently smash and smear half of the avocado on the top slice of bread, season with salt, pepper, close sandwich and enjoy!
