Roasted Balsamic Beetroot Wedges
1 pack Strong Roots Roasted Beetroot Wedges
Drizzle balsamic vinegar
300g shallots
3-4 garlic cloves
Few sprigs of rosemary & thyme

method (tick as you go)


Preheat the oven to 200°C.


Combine all of the ingredients together on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes.
