Sesame seeds and wedges of lime to serve

Cook Broccoli & Purple Carrot Bites according to packet instructions using the desired method.

Meanwhile finely slice your courgette

Cut your ripe avocado

Cook your wholewheat noodles of choice

You can add a drizzle of tahini for a little bit of a dressing if you like; once you mingle all the components together it will be a party in your mouth!
