For a frozen food brand like us, that means getting more vegetables on plates, and helping people who need food most to access it.
This year, for the first time, we are proud to partner with Walmart and Sam’s Club to support Feeding America.
The past year, and the challenges it brought, have put even more families at risk of going hungry. Feeding America now estimates that one in eight people in the United States, or 42 million people, may face hunger in 2021.
So far this year, Walmart and Feeding America have secured 3 million meals for people across the United States, and now for every Strong Roots product bought in-store or online, we will donate the monetary equivalent of at least one meal on behalf of a Feeding America member food bank, to help to secure a meal for people who need it most.
