Toasted Bagel with Avo Cashew Spread

A fresh take on a breakfast staple! Get all of your protein and healthy fats in one delicious spread atop a BFree bagel. Make more spread than you need for one bagel and freeze it so that you have a healthy, hearty addition to meals. You’ll feel satisfied and energised all day long!

2 Ripened Avocado Halves
300g cashews
150ml water (enough water to just cover the cashews)
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic salt/flakes
1 BFree Bagel
Sprinkle of chilli flakes

method (tick as you go)


Soak the cashews for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.


Let the Ripened Avocado Halves defrost.


Blend all ingredients.


Toast Bagel.


Assemble and enjoy!


Prep time does not include defrosting time of the avocados.
Tip: Leave the avocado in the fridge to defrost overnight to save on time!
