1 bag of STRONG ROOTS Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries
2 heaped tbsp of sugar/coconut sugar
1 heaped tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of olive oil/coconut oil
2 tbsp of vegan hazelnut spread
2 tbsp of almond milk
method (tick as you go)
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place STRONG ROOTS Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries on a baking tray and cook as per instructions on the bag.
In a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon. Divide it in half, add the oil to one half and leave the other for sprinkling at end.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the hazelnut spread and almond milk for a few seconds.
Remove the fries from the oven after 15 minutes and coat in half of the sugar. Return to the oven for an additional 5/10 minutes
Serve by tossing the fries in additional sugar and serve along side the hazelnut sauce.
