Our brand ambassador Roz Purcell has come up with the goods, once again. This recipe is on another level. It has to be one of our new favourite ways to eat our Cauliflower Hash Browns. This is such a simple way to change up these hash browns into an unbelievable “cauli wing” style sharing plate.
2 tbsp. Tomato puree
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Ground chilli
2 tbsp. Blackstrap molasses
1 tbsp. Worchester sauce
2 tbsp. Olive oil
method (tick as you go)
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl until the oil and the rest of the ingredients are fully combined.
Tip the Cauliflower Hash Browns (uncooked) into a medium-sized mixing bowl and pour over the BBQ sauce, it’s time to get a bit sticky and use your hands to rub the sauce into the hash browns.
Place them flat on a tray ensuring one even layer to cook.
Bake for 15-17 MINUTES until crispy.
Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before lifting onto a plate and dunking in any sauce.. like coconut yoghurt and guac!
