1 bag of STRONG ROOTS Mixed Root Vegetable Fries or STRONG ROOTS Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. ground garam masala
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes
4 tbsp. coconut yoghurt
4” cucumber washed and grated
A handful of coriander leaves chopped
method (tick as you go)
Preheat the oven 200°C.
On a flat baking tray spread out your STRONG ROOTS fries of choice.
Drizzle over with oil.
Combine the spices in a small bowl and toss over the fries using your hands to mix them together.
Place in the oven and cook for 23-26 minutes.
While these are cooking combine the coconut yoghurt with the grated cucumber and the juice of 1 lime.
Once the fries are cooked, tip them onto a serving plate.
Serve with wedges of lime to squeeze over with, coconut yoghurt dip and diced coriander.
