• Strong Roots Pumpkin & Spinach
• Sourdough bread
• Hummus
• Grilled tomatoes
• Red onion
• Cucumber

method (tick as you go)

Preheat your oven to 200C (400F). ⁠

Cook Pumpkin & Spinach Burger as per instructions on box.

Slice the tomatoes. Under a grill place the sliced sourdough bread along with tomatoes and onion.

Remove sourdough bread once toasted and layer on hummus.

Add the burger, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.

Place top on, cut in two and enjoy.
