A mouth-watering double stacked burger recipe packed with all the good stuff. It’s so easy to prepare, you won’t believe how good it tastes!
What you will need:
4 Strong Roots Kale & Quinoa Burgers
4 vine tomatoes - sliced in 1cm rounds
2 cups arugula
4 tbs vegan mayonnaise
2 tbs pesto
method (tick as you go)
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill tomato slices 1 minute per side or until marked and set aside.
Grill Kale & Quinoa Burgers on both sides for approx 6-8 minutes per side.
Lightly toast brioche buns and get ready to assemble.
Generously smear each side with ½ tbs pesto aioli.
Place 1 patty on the bottom bun, top 2-3 slices of grilled tomato, arugula close bun, and enjoy!
