Green Machine Smoothie

Our Green Machine Smoothie is a great option to kick start the day ahead. With the addition of spinach as a brilliant source of iron and the coconut yoghurt and our Ripened Avocado halves providing healthy fats, this smoothie is nutrient rich and is so easy to make first thing in the morning or as an afternoon boost!

ingredients

1 Ripened Avocado Half
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp peanut butter/ almond butter
200 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Handful of spinach

method (tick as you go)

Let the Ripened Avocado Half defrost slightly.

Blend all ingredients.

Prep time does not include defrosting time of the avocados.
Tip: Leave the avocado in the fridge to defrost overnight to save on time!
