80g portion of Mixed Root Vegetable Fries
Half a tin of butter beans
Handful of sweetcorn
50g of lambs lettuce
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
Handful of cucumber, diced
Squeeze of lime

method (tick as you go)

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the Mixed Root Vegetable Fries as per pack instructions.

Once the fries are cooked, arrange the selection of salad ingredients in the bowl.
