Wholewheat noodles of choice 
Ripe avocado 
Finely sliced courgette 
Strong Roots Broccoli & Purple Carrot Bites 
Sesame seeds and wedges of lime to serve 
You can add a drizzle of tahini for a little bit of a dressing if you like; once you mingle all the components together it will be a party in your mouth!

Preheat your oven to 180C (350F)
