Plant-Based Shopping List for Starters
1. The following key ingredients and cupboard staples appear in plant-based recipes time and time again:
- Coconut Yoghurt
- Tahini (mixed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper for a delicious dressing)
- Almond Butter
- Medjool Dates
- Chickpeas
- Harissa paste (great to add spice to a dish)
- All of the spices; cumin, coriander, turmeric (they will liven up any veggie curry)
- Tamari (healthier soy sauce)
- A few tins of coconut milk
- A few tins of chopped tomatoes
- Peppers
- Butternut squash
- Wholemeal pasta
- Oatly Milk
- Oats
- Frozen berries
- Avocado
- B Free wraps
- Your favourite STRONG ROOTS products (of course )
2. Kale & Quinoa Burger

Sprout is offering plant-based eaters a mix of delicious wraps, salads and cold-pressed juices. The team even allows you to customize the menu, so you can get exactly what you want! If the food isn’t enough, they stock Boringly Good drinks and Roasted Brown Coffee!
